Matt consults federal contractor employers regarding the nondiscrimination and affirmative action requirements enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) of the U.S. Department of Labor. He also regularly consults on other related labor and employment law requirements.
He has more than nine years of experience as a practicing attorney counseling and representing employers on matters before the OFCCP and other federal, state, and local workplace regulatory and enforcement agencies.

In addition to filling a consulting role at BCG, Matt will also serve as Director of the BCG Institute for Workforce Development (BCGi). Established in 2009, BCGi retains over 10,000 members and provides educational opportunities to professionals in EEO/AA, pre-employment testing, compensation and pay equity investigations, OFCCP audits, and diversity and inclusion. Matt will be formally introduced to clients and BCGi members at the upcoming 2019 BCGi Summit being held April 4-5, 2019 in San Francisco, CA.
