Dr. Biddle’s book, Adverse Impact and Test Validation: A Practitioner’s Guide to Valid and Defensible Employment Testing, has become a standard desk reference in the field of EEO compliance and test validation, and has been used by federal enforcement agencies, law firms, and private industry. Dr. Nooren’s 2010 book, Compensation Analysis: A Practitioner’s Guide to Identifying and Addressing Compensation Disparities, covers current regulations and statistical methodologies for compensation equity compliance.

Our senior staff are frequently on the national/regional speaking circuit in the areas of EEO compliance, affirmative action, adverse impact, and compensation analysis, whether it’s at the annual National Industry Liaison Group (NILG) conference, regional/local ILG meetings or conferences, or online via webinar on the BCG Institute for Workforce Development training website.
